About the Role

Our onDemand EA team is expanding and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our vast community of solvers. We are in the business of transformation. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Extremely organised and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
  • Ability to build effective relationships and play an integral role in the wider EA community

  • Proactive, able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines, and to think ahead on requests
  • Knowledge and use of Salesforce, Google and MS Office suites preferred

The onDemand EA team is a centralised EA team that provides interim, national cover for EAs on leave to ensure continual and consistent support to Partners and the firm. In our onDemand EA team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Providing backup support to our Executive Assistants (EAs) for multiple partners
  • Build strong relationships with broader functions teams within the Firm
  • Harness your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses and timesheets when required
  • Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm’s brand
