Sharing your time between Moorebank and Leppington, your role will include:

  • Managing a key account with full operational support

  • Building a strong client partnership to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

  • Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships

  • Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)

  • Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks

  • Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management
