Operations Administration Support – East Rockingham WA
Toll Group are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administration Support person to join our team at the Toll Fuels Depot.
As the Operations Administration Support, you'll be responsible for managing a wide variety of clerical and operational support duties. You’ll also be trained across all Toll Fuels admin functions and support compliance operations when needed. Your communication and organisation skills will be key to engaging with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:
  • Support the Branch Manager and wider admin team.
  • Answer staff queries about training, leave, or payroll.
  • Conduct accurate payroll preparation and reconciliation reports.
  • Contact customers to obtain Purchase Orders and VDR numbers.
  • Address customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Process invoices and manage general store admin duties.
  • Ensure documentation is processed promptly to reduce work in progress.
Skills & Attributes We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Experience with payroll systems (desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent time management and organisation.
