Operations Analyst

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team to create, manage and grow our social media presence across several platforms. The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas. Key Responsibilities Administer the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of trading bridges and platforms to ensure smooth operations.Manage relationships with liquidity providers, monitor pricing feeds, and optimise liquidity pools for efficiency.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.Conduct trade investigations to resolve disputes, reconcile discrepancies, and provide technical support to B2B clients on platform and execution-related matters.Prepare ad hoc reports as required.Support the Head of Operations with ongoing tasks and projects. Who are you? Experience with databases and SQL.Proficiency in coding or programming.An understanding of, or keen interest in, trading, FX, or financial markets.Familiarity with trading platforms such as cTrader, MetaTrader, and DX Trade.Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in finance.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.The ability to work effectively under pressure.Permanent right to work in Australia.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Why Eightcap?
