Amiran Australia (trading as Sydney Reo Supplies) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our daily operations across steel reinforcement manufacturing and supply. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, quality assurance, safety compliance, and team performance within our warehouse and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or supply chain management, with the ability to lead teams, streamline workflows, and maintain high service standards in a fastpaced industrial environment.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of steel reinforcement production, scheduling, and distribution
- Lead and manage warehouse, production, and delivery teams to meet service and safety standards
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company protocols
- Manage procurement, stock control, and resource allocation in alignment with project timelines
- Analyse performance data and prepare operational reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies
- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal departments to support project delivery
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and strategic operational initiatives
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in business, engineering, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory)
- At least five years of relevant work experience in operations or production management
- Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing, logistics, or construction supply industries
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound understanding of WHS standards and quality assurance practices
