Your New Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the continued success of Silk Hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute towards achieving the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Drive long-term planning initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
- Seek and respond to client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.
- Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s organisation and business requirements.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate service delivery to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and development of housekeeping staff.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.
- Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.
About You
Professional in presentation and approach, you have extensive experience in hotel operations and a proactive attitude that earns the respect of your peers. Results-driven and customer-focused, you understand the balance of delivering exceptional housekeeping services and thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.

- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financials, budgets, and cost controls.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required by business needs.
