Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the delivery, management, and growth of relining projects across Australia. Your role will involve overseeing operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing teams, and building strong client relationships.

About You:

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional who has:

• Proven experience managing relining projects within the civil construction sector
• A willingness to travel nationally as projects require
• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams across multiple locations
• A commitment to upholding the highest safety and quality standards
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
