The Role:

As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing their solar/electrical operations. You will lead their technical team, provide on-site project management support, and ensure efficient and effective project delivery. This is a hybrid role that involves both on-site and office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the solar/electrical technical team.
• Provide on-site project management and support.
• Oversee project operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the team and executives to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure projects meet KPIs and targets.
• Potentially work on the tools as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Electrician with current electrical license.
• Solar and Battery certifications.
• Proven experience in the solar industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Blue-collar background with hands-on experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working in larger solar firms is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
