Our very well regarded multinational client is hoping to recruit a collaborative, organised Operations Support / junior Executive Assistant.
This role will support the strategic operations team and members of the leadership team through efficient administration and support.
The Role:
- Foster a collaborative, efficient environment by providing admin support - track deadlines, keep task on track, schedule meetings etc
- Enhance operational and administrative efficiency - prepare and manage documents, reports and presentations, take minutes and track actions
- Oversee office management - order and maintain office supplies and keep the office well organised
- Travel arrangements - coordinate bookings and journey management
Key Skills to be Successful:
- Previous experience in a busy admin role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Deliver high quality outcomes with a positive, energetic approach!
