Who you are:

• You’ve got energy, drive, and a natural ability to connect with people.

• You can think on your feet and make smart decisions, even in tricky situations.

• Sales experience is a big plus, but if you can sell yourself to me on the phone, that’s even better.

• You are highly organised & able to manage your schedule independently, yet still being a real team player & having the capacity to show initiative.

• Tech savvy enough to handle emails, files, and simple systems - no rocket science here.

• Reliable, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

The Job:

• Start and end your days from your home office — but you won’t be stuck at a desk.

• Every day is different. You’ll run property inspections, meet prospective occupants, and make sure our rooms stay beautiful & full.

• You’ll have real autonomy to make decisions that help the business grow.

• Conduct light property maintenance tasks (e.g.replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, tidy a room, fix a minor issue, whatever it takes to get things ready.)

• Manage and follow up with leads, arranging and conducting property viewings to secure new clients.

• Work alongside the Operations Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth team collaboration.
