The Role:
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a part-time Optical Assistant. This customer-focused position will make you one of the 'Faces of our Practice' - the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Hours:

• Guaranteed 16-20 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours
• Every second Saturday morning (until 1pm)
• Work schedule designed to promote work/life balance

What You'll Need:

• Strong communication skills - written, face-to-face, and phone
• Retail experience (optical retail preferred but not essential)
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and professional with a mature outlook
