In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end processing of high-volume, complex orders, with a focus on Cisco products and solutions. What you will do in the roleProcess and manage high-volume Cisco product orders accurately and efficiently.Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Monitor and track order status, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.Maintain accurate records in order management systems.Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding order progress.Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you will need to succeed in the roleExperience in order processing, preferably in a high-volume, complex environment.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and proficient with Excel.Familiarity with Cisco’s ordering ecosystem or similar tech vendor processes will be advantageous, although not essential.Experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) or similar platforms will be highly regarded, although not essential.Understanding of technology product lifecycles and channel/reseller environments is desirable.
