Aged Care Operations Analyst

BlueCross Aged Care is currently looking for an experienced individual to join our growing team.

As the Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues relating to the performance of the Business Operations team's satisfaction.

Reporting to the Operations Projects Lead you will:

Provide insights and recommendations to facilitate organisational objectives and strategies.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose changes to optimize resource utilization.
Create and control key performance indicators aligned to the company strategy.
Determine appropriate methods to analyse operations.
Develop new procedures to enhance the business.
Engage internal stakeholders in implementing approved recommendations and track the effectiveness of new processes.
Identify new business opportunities.

Task & Responsibilities

Analyse, clean and manipulate data to uncover insights that drive strategic actions and decisions.
Produce, validate, and interpret data-driven dashboards in Power BI.
Estimate future demand to set new targets by business units.
Prepare and propose initiatives considering factors such as cost-effectiveness and operational feasibility.
Build and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the control system.
Assist Operational Executives with the provision of performance data and provide recommendations.
Revise procedures and workflows.
Create ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and reports.
Ensuring consistency and accuracy in all reporting
Document findings and analytics procedures.

Qualification & Experience

2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or sales operations analyst.
4+ years of experience in financial, operational and sales data analysis.
Relevant tertiary degree
Preferably experience working in an aged care organisation
Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
SQL / Data Analytics skills - Ability to extract data, interpret and visualise
Experience in implementing systems that drive awareness of requirements across business units and gathering technical and non-technical information.
Experience in identifying and improving workflows (processes and data pipelines)
Experience in developing financial feasibility models.
