Skills And Experiences Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness Conducting change impact assessments Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome) Effective interpersonal skills Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders Results-driven and detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Structured problem-solving skills About You Characteristics that can spell success for this role Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder Resilient, adaptable, flexible Intellectually curious and passionate about tech Storyteller and engaging content creator Proactive and pragmatic problem solver What You'll Do Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation Working within a cross functional team to design and develop change management deliverables and activities Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program Executing change, communications and training strategy Measuring adoption success of new technologies implemented Learn more Avanade is the leading global provider of digital, cloud, AI and advisory services, industry solutions and design-led experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.
