OSHC Coordinator

Fantastic leadership opportunity with a WA owned and operated company. You'll have the chance to lead a team of dedicated Educators in creating engaging before- and after-school programs, while also managing the overall service for children aged 5-12 years at a local Primary School located in Wanneroo.

About the role:

• Monday - Friday 6.30AM - 10AM and 2PM - 6PM
• Working across split shifts to support the service's operating hours, including 2 hours non-contact paid time per week, the dedicated support of an experienced Area Manager and a generous resource budget to bring your ideas to life
• Developing and facilitating an engaging child-centred program with the support of an Education Leader and your Area Manager - experiences that incorporate sports, cooking, art & craft, STEAM - whatever you and the children are into
• Leading and supporting a team of educators and assistants
• Fostering collaborative and positive relationships with parents, students and school staff
• Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including rostering, administration and compliance tasks with support from your Area Manager.
• In school holidays you will work a 7.6 hour shift, can be either morning or afternoon shift
• Planning and implementing the school holiday programme
