Location: South Australia Wide | Flexible Hours - 24 hours x 7 days | Casual Position

At Nurturing Gnomes, we provide neuro-affirming, child-led support to neurotypical, neurodiverse, and medically complex children. As a Paediatric Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping children thrive —fostering independence, dignity and growth.

We’re looking for someone who’s kind, dedicated, confident and excited to join our compassionate team. Whether you're just starting your career or have experience in the field, we want you to bring your heart and skills to our wonderful families.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide in-home and community support for young people with diverse needs.

  • Assist with daily routines & life skills, provide respite and simply embrace the uniqueness of this role!

  • Promote independence and help young people achieve their personal goals.

  • Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure holistic, integrated care.

  • Support children in developing essential life skills and communication.

  • Providing unique and engaging moments and activities for the individuals you work with - using our Nurture Bags!

What You Bring:
