This full-time role offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects across Western Australia.

As a Painter Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising painting teams on-site

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

• Coordinating with site supervisors and project managers

• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

• Mentoring apprentices and less experienced painters

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in commercial painting

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English

• A valid White Card and driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
