We are seeking a talented PAINTING SUPERVISOR/ QA QC INSPECTOR to join a shutdown work in WA this May.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising and coordinating all painting operations in conjunction with work schedules and deadlines
Ensuring compliance to all internal and client quality requirements and procedures for painting/blasting works.
Conducting material inspections and review of documentation to ensure compliance to project technical requirements
Reporting on all non-conformance incidents and providing feedback on solutions and turnaround time for corrections made.
Assisting the Project team in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities regarding site/actual conditions against drawings, methods, and project specifications.
Ensuring all Projects are delivered in line with our core values
Developing and maintaining key client relationships that foster mutual value creation
Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Painting/ QA QC Supervisory role within the Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry
NACE Level 1 Coatings Inspector Certification is highly preferred.
Experience performing multidisciplinary inspections, interpreting isometric drawings, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership, direction and mentoring.
