Painting Supervisor / QA QC Inspector

We are seeking a talented PAINTING SUPERVISOR/ QA QC INSPECTOR to join a shutdown work in WA this May.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising and coordinating all painting operations in conjunction with work schedules and deadlines

• Ensuring compliance to all internal and client quality requirements and procedures for painting/blasting works.

• Conducting material inspections and review of documentation to ensure compliance to project technical requirements

• Reporting on all non-conformance incidents and providing feedback on solutions and turnaround time for corrections made.

• Assisting the Project team in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities regarding site/actual conditions against drawings, methods, and project specifications.

• Ensuring all Projects are delivered in line with our core values

• Developing and maintaining key client relationships that foster mutual value creation

• Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements

 ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Painting/ QA QC Supervisory role within the Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas industry

• NACE Level 1 Coatings Inspector Certification is highly preferred.

• Experience performing multidisciplinary inspections, interpreting isometric drawings, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.

• Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership, direction and mentoring.

• High attention to detail
