PAINTING TRADES WORKER required for a well-established Australian company “WowPainting & Renovating Services” specialized in quality painting services. Prospective applicants must have prior experience of working commercially as a painting trades-worker.

Task & Responsibilities

Job Duties:

To get new surfaces ready for final coats, apply primers or sealers.
To achieve the desired results, mix and match paint colors.
To use rollers, brushes, and spray equipment, apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes.
To accomplish work above ground, erect scaffolding or set up ladders.
To prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.
To use drop cloths, masking tape, and other protective coverings to cover trim, floors, and furniture.
To clear any paint splatters and clean all brushes and spray guns.
To guarantee a safe working environment, adhere to safety rules and regulations.
To work together with other team members to guarantee that the project is completed on schedule.

Qualification & Experience

Skills and Qualification Required:

demonstrable experience working as a painter or in a position comparable to it.
capable with a wide range of painting tools and techniques.
exceptional capacity to work precisely and pay close attention to details.
superior physical health and endurance to carry your work responsibilities.
Capacity to adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
Proficiency in communication and teamwork abilities.
Painting and decorating-related education Cert III in painting and prefer diploma in building and construction.
As it will make communication easier with our diverse workforce and clientele, candidates who speak Hindi and Punjabi will be given preference.
Experience in both residential and commercial painting projects.
Another mandatory requirement is a driving license.
Applicants must be willing to travel across Victoria to perform work in urban and regional locations.
