About the role

Rod Bowens Prestige Smash Repairs is seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our team in Blacktown, NSW. This is a full-time position and will involve repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing vehicle damage and developing repair plans

• Performing panel beating and body work to repair dents, scratches, and other damage

• Preparing surfaces for painting and applying paint to restore the vehicle's finish

• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive industry

• Strong technical skills in panel beating, metal forming

• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, technical diagrams, and work orders

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic
