About the role

Premier Panel Services' is seeking an experienced Panel Beater Tradesman to join our team in our Ferryden Park, workshop. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in the automotive trades industry and contribute to the continued growth and success of our family-owned business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing high-quality panel repairs and restorations on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Using specialised tools and equipment to straighten, reshape and refinish damaged panels
• Disassembling and reassembling vehicle components as required
• Collaborating with the Paint team to ensure seamless repairs
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Providing guidance and training to apprentices

What we're looking for

• Qualified Panel Beater Tradesperson with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality workmanship
