PANEL SHOP PRODUCTION MANAGER

Sommerville Smash Repairs are a proud, locally owned family business that has been operating in Nerang on the Gold Coast for over 30 years. To be successful in this role, you are required to be:

• Ability to manage, motivate and create a positive work environment 
• Fully qualified Panel Beater
• Experience in managing staff workloads and scheduling work
• Experience in the use of IBODYSHOP is highly advantageous 
• Workshop management and production skills
• Able to think on their feet and problem solve potential issues
• Experience with EV vehicles advantageous but not required
• Endorse our current processes and administer best safety practices
