We are seeking a part time receptionist for immediate start in our busy Podiatry surgery in Morley. An opportunity exists for the right applicant to join a practise of over 30 years providing Podiatry services to the local community. We require 2 days a week being Monday and Tuesday. These days are not negotiable. Extra hours will be available from time to time for sick, holiday and other cover. This could also extend to our other surgery in Ellenbrook. The role has come about due to a staff member proceeding to casual hours.
The successful applicant will be required to perform all front desk duties inclusive of bookings, billings and all general administrative tasks one would expect. Sterilisation and cleaning procedures will also be part of the duties.
Experience in allied health is helpful but not essential. Skills in the use of Cliniko, Xero, Dropbox, Hicaps, Allied Health Medicare Processing and Google Mail are helpful. A moderate to high level of computer skills and literacy is necessary.
Bayswater Allied Health prides itself on providing a friendly environment and as such the successful applicant needs to be this and more, being sympathetic to patients needs. A level of autonomy is required, but also be able to work in small teams on certain days and liase with Podiatrists and fellow admin staff.
