Part-Time Gym Supervisor at DOOLEYS Health + Fitness

About the Role:

We’re looking for the right candidate to join our team in a dual role as part of our Supervisor team. The role will have you working within a dynamic team to ensure all members and guests are provided with exception customer service. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and operation of the facility at the optimal level. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Create a memorable member experience as the first and last point of contact
• To open or close the facility following standard operating procedures
• Overseeing the daily operations of the business and coordinate team to execute business strategies;
• Work to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety resolving all issues where possible and reporting higher level issues appropriately – Including internal workspaces and the general facility and functioning equipment.

• Promote and encourage DOOLEYS Health + Fitness services including personal training, group fitness, podiatry, kick-start support and other programs in the best interest of the members’ needs.
• Utilise the membership management systems to process membership cancellations, upgrades, insufficient funds, on hold memberships, and on-going contracts as required.
• Maintain open communication with Member Services Coordinator, Group Fitness Coordinator and Health + Fitness Manager;

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Exceptional customer service skills both face to face and over the phone;
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Certificate III and IV in fitness would be advantageous but not essential
• Current Working with Children’s Check;
• First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain;
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification;
• Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification;

• Hourly rate Level 5 -$31.99 (Mon-Fri) $47.98 (Sat) $55.98 (Sun)
