Part-time Maintenance All-Rounder

Kyneton Bushland Resort seeks an experienced and proactive Part-time Maintenance All-Rounder to join our friendly team. These roles are ideal for individuals with practical skills and a hands-on attitude who enjoy working outdoors and maintaining a beautiful natural environment.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance All-Rounder, you'll be responsible for general maintenance of the resort’s villas, buildings, gardens and equipment. The role includes varied tasks, from fixing minor repairs to keeping our grounds and facilities in excellent condition. Flexibility and a willingness to assist where needed is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally

• Carry out general repairs across villas, facilities, and machinery

• Test and maintain pool and spa water quality in line with health standards

• Perform electrical test and tagging (training provided if required)

• Mow lawns, weed garden beds, and maintain overall grounds

• Weekly villa inspections

• Assist other team members and cover occasional after-hours emergencies

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes:

• A trade background or similar maintenance experience is desirable

• Experience operating machinery (e.g., large mowers, chainsaws)

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

• Working with Children Check

• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Mature and respectful, with a positive attitude
