Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Consultative Approach: Provide advice to Job Seekers, guiding them through the recruitment process and offering valuable information to assist them on their journey.

• Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets by sourcing your own vacancies and getting Job Seekers into long term, sustainable employment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: NOT NECESSARY – we are looking for resilient, go-getting individuals ready to give the recruitment lifestyle a shot… it’s rewarding, and no two days are ever the same.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively build relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset to overcome challenges and provide efficient and effective service.

• Organisation & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
