About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Retail Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support daily store operations, drive sales, lead by example, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about retail and leadership but looking for a flexible work schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Handle customer inquiries or issues
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are optimized
- Train, coach, and develop staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the Store Manager with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
- Offering genuine, one-on-one service to customers at all levels of their running journey.
- Assisting with footwear fittings and technical product recommendations.
- Helping maintain the store’s look and feel - Keeping it clean and welcoming.
- Staying current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Supporting community events, group runs, and in-store activations.
- Assisting with online orders as needed.
About You
- You value the culture of running and run yourself.
- You’re approachable, thoughtful, and enjoy helping people.
- You're comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
- You can lead a team and lead by example
- You can make decisions on the fly
- 1-2 years of experience in leading a retail team and operating a POS system.
- You’re available for weekend shifts and occasional events.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.86 – $40.41 per hour
