The role

The Queen Street Brisbane team are now seeking Part Time Supervisor to join their passionate and values-driven team! As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to lead and inspire the team to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same. This role will work 21 hours per week on the following pattern:

• Monday 10.00am-6.00pm, Tuesday 10.00am-2.00pm, Sunday 11.00am-5.30pm

We are looking for candidates with great communication skills who are comfortable both giving and receiving feedback, who thrive in a fast paced environment and who are passionate about sales and sharing the store's vision and goals. Previous experience in a leadership role would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have demonstrated reliability and be excited to join a leadership team focused on training and development!

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
