About the Role:

Our Richlands Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter.  Join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to learn about all things Vermeer and John Deere.  This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores.  We would also be interested in talking to candidates with strong admin/organisational skills.

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

• Provide sales / parts interpretation support to internal and external customers.

• Generate parts quotes / purchase orders / Invoices using our dealer management system.

• Interpret parts requests by utilising parts catalogues and various other resources.

• Assist with stocktake

• Perform supplier invoice receipting and coding as required

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment is preferable

• Maturity, positivity, and an excellent work ethic

• Basic understanding of inventory accountability

• Excellent customer service and professional presentation

• Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software.

Knowledge of Construction and Vermeer machinery is highly advantageous

On Call Roster: Afterhours on call once training is completed.
