Exciting Opportunity: Parts Interpreter (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team at the Moorabbin branch on a Full-Time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused team while further developing your skills in the automotive industry.

What your Responsibilities will be

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assisting customers at the trade sales counter as required.

  • Accurately identifying the make, model, and specifications of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.

  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices with attention to detail.

  • Processing credit returns and warranty claims in line with company policy.

  • Coordinating stock transfers and special order buy-ins efficiently.

  • Supporting regular cyclic and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.

  • Maintaining the showroom to ensure its clean and presentable; 

What you will Bring

  • Valid Australian driver’s licence (preferred).

  • Previous experience in face-to-face sales and customer service with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

  • General automotive knowledge (preferred).

  • Extensive administrative experience in a service or customer relations role, demonstrating organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional approach.

  • Proven ability to interpret customer needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
