About the Role

In this role you are providing a memorable check in experience for travelers going to great holiday destinations, people visiting family overseas, or assisting passengers that need mobility support through the airport.

As a Passenger Service Agent at Menzies Aviation, you'll play a fundamental role in providing exceptional service to passengers, acting as the front-line representative of our airlines, assisting passengers with various enquiries, providing travel information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their journey.

A few of the key responsibilities of a Passenger Service agent include.

  • Deliver high quality, professional and friendly customer service.
  • Process passengers check in documents, whilst validating passports and related documents 
  • Ensure a safe and on time departure of flights by efficient and friendly service
  • Assisting passengers that need mobility support by pushing wheelchairs or driving buggies through the airport
  • Available to work shift work according to flight arrival and departure times. Rotating start and finish times 24/7 from Monday to Sunday 
  • You would be rostered 20 hours plus over 5 days of the week
  • Punctuality and attendance is critical to the success of the team
