About the Role
In this role you are providing a memorable check in experience for travelers going to great holiday destinations, people visiting family overseas, or assisting passengers that need mobility support through the airport.
As a Passenger Service Agent at Menzies Aviation, you'll play a fundamental role in providing exceptional service to passengers, acting as the front-line representative of our airlines, assisting passengers with various enquiries, providing travel information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their journey.
