Qualifications & experience

• Cert 3 Patisserie (minimum)

• Decorating doughnuts 

• Filling Doughnuts

• Glazing Doughnuts

• Piping Doughnuts

• Preparation for fillings etc

• Sheeting / Cutting dough

• Proving / Frying doughnuts
