We are now seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team, a pivotal role that combines patient care with exceptional sales and communication skills.

About the role:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. Your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will have a meaningful impact on their experience.

You’ll also play a key role in fostering trust and ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and confident in their decisions. If you have a passion for people, a flair for sales, and are organised, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

What you will bring to the role:

• Sales Experience: We’re seeking someone with at least 3 years of strong sales experience. While dental experience is a plus, we’re also open to candidates from industries like cosmetic clinics, beauty salons, luxury retail, health and wellness, private healthcare practices, or concierge services—industries where building relationships and delivering personalised customer care are essential.
• Exceptional Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal skills and can explain complex treatments in a clear and relatable way.
• Customer-Centric Approach: You are warm, empathetic, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Organisational Skills: You are efficient in managing appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the clinic’s success

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations: Guide patients through their treatment options with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Treatment Planning: Coordinate and communicate treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
• Sales and Conversions: Utilise your sales expertise to help patients confidently choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Scheduling and Follow-Ups: Manage appointments and ensure seamless patient experiences from start to finish.
• Support Team Excellence: Work closely with our clinicians and administrative staff to maintain our high standard of care.
