ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Payroll & Admin Assistant for a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include weekly payroll, monthly super payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable & MYOB entries.

The ideal candidate will have MYOB experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing & submitting weekly payroll

  • Submitting monthly super payments

  • Accounts payable/receivable

  • MYOB data entry

  • Assistance with quarterly & monthly tax

ABOUT YOU

  • Trades-based experience in plumbing is beneficial but not required

  • Payroll experience is essential

  • Previous experience in using MYOB AccountRight is essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
