We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to lead our growing team and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all our employees across Australia & NZ. The business is going through a payroll system migration in the upcoming months, so we are looking for someone that can get into the detail and lead the project, while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. Here's What You'll Be Doing Managing all aspects of payroll, from processing to tax administration and reporting.You'll be the compliance champion, keeping us up to date with all federal, state, and local regulations.You'll lead a talented team of 3 payroll specialists, providing super coaching and mentoring to ensure their continued development.You'll be the bridge to other departments like HR and Finance, ensuring seamless collaboration.Working with and reporting to the CFO, together, you'll build a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team. What skills do you need? Ideally 3+ years of experience leading a payroll team in a mid sized organisation, with at least 300 employees.A proven track record of success in payroll operations as well as being commercially astuteA hands-on approach to work, you will be leading from the front and involved in the nitty gritty.Used to managing multiple payrolls across ANZ as well as off cycle payments.
