About the position:
Reporting directly to the Group People and Culture Manager in South Australia, however working closely with the Chief People Officer, who is based in Sydney. This role is a hands on and operational role, yet has opportunity to provide strategic input.
Basically a champion operator that is looking to take on a heavy workload, grow, learn and be thrown in the deep end from time to time, with full support. The remit of this role is wide in nature, which spans across IR, ER and Culture elements across the group. Some example below (with less fluffy HR Jargon):
