Our client is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to drive continuous improvement in Cyber Security and assist in delivering the Cyber Security Strategy. This role involves working closely with the Cyber Security Program Manager and the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity SME to conduct coordinated 'Red Teaming' penetration tests.

Your day at NTT

• Develop and execute comprehensive red teaming penetration tests.
• Collaborate with the Critical Incident Management Team (CIMT) to validate and respond to detected cybersecurity issues.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, plans, and other defined outputs of the initiative.
• Attend and actively participate in project and contract meetings.
• Plan and manage testing windows, ensuring all activities are completed within the 14-day timeframe.
• Provide daily updates on activities through secure messaging channels.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Strong stakeholder management and effective facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical terminology into a business context.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and collaborate effectively.
