Penetration Tester - Federal Government

One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a highly skilled and experienced Senior Penetration Tester to work on detailed Penetration testing plans and test reports. You will also identify vulnerabilities across the departments ICT systems and make recommendations on how to resolve them. The role will based in Canberra with flexible working arrangements available. The successful Senior Penetration Tester will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.  

The successful Senior Penetration Tester will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Liaising with business areas and project teams to scope and write detailed Penetration Test plans
• Conducting Penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities across the departments ICT systems
• Documenting findings of Penetration testing including the identification and treatment of vulnerabilities discovered  

The successful Senior Penetration Tester will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated capability to deliver IT Penetration testing outcomes
• Ability to select the appropriate testing approach using in depth technical analysis of risk and vulnerabilities
• Relevant qualifications in the Penetration testing space (desirable)
