Position Details: The People and Culture Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day administration of efficient and effective recruitment and onboarding process, as well as providing HR advice and support across the organisation. This role coordinates and manages a broad range of HR-related programs and tasks, working closely with the People and Culture Business Partners to ensure alignment with the PC Business Partner model

Requirements:

Essential Skills

  • Experience providing HR support in a medium to large company (750+ employees).
  • Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of multiple positions within a large organisation.
  • Good understanding of payroll legislation and processes i.e., tax, superannuation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High level skills in IT skills in Microsoft Office environment including numerical ability and data entry skills.
  • High standard organisation, time management and multi skilling experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Customer service focus.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in using PayGlobal payroll (highly desirable).
  • Experience in using ELMO highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in employment law

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 base salary
