What you'll be doing…
- Delivering and embedding P&C strategies aligned with business goals.
- Managing core P&C activities: onboarding, probation, exits, and headcount.
- Enhancing cyclical P&C processes with P&C SMEs and Senior Business Partners.
- Advising on P&C policies, employment legislation, and risk management.
- Supporting workforce planning, program delivery, structure optimization, and change management.
- Promoting a performance-driven culture through leader-led management.
- Providing trusted advice to build leadership capability and mitigate risks.
- Driving organizational change, employee engagement, and advocacy.
- Partnering with Recruitment to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Identifying high-potential talent and supporting succession planning.
- Utilizing data insights to inform decision-making and identify risks.
- Supporting global teams with consistent P&C practices and reporting.
- Challenging decisions misaligned with organizational goals.
- Driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, and costs.
Your Talents…
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Evidence of your tenacity in building out your experience committing to long term performance in your roles
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proven long term ownership in your career roles
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment relations, industrial relations, and P&C best practices.
- Skilled in critical thinking and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in analysing data to develop effective strategies and solutions.
