About the Role:

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be accountable for providing human resources advice and services to support the achievement of key business objectives within the organisation. You will coordinate the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and employee-related programs, ensuring all issues are treated professionally and confidentially. You will partner with Property P&C leaders to provide inital support on people matters and manage escalated matters as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the escalation and provider of level 2 support advice for queries and matters raised through the P&C Support team.
  • Partner with Property P&C leaders to ensure seamless management of escalated matters.
  • Provide input, implement, and support the deployment of improvement and efficiency initiatives in People Services.
  • Support and lead P&C processes, programs of work, or projects as required.
  • Coach managers on conduct, counselling, and staff performance issues.
  • Manage the delivery of key initiatives through effective partnering, coordination, and leadership.
  • Contribute to the success of P&C and the business unit through the delivery of P&C strategies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.
  • Adhere to all Crown Health and safety responsibilities and requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify and satisfy internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to advise and influence all levels of management and employees.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a diverse and challenging environment.
  • Ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business, or Psychology (or working towards).
  • Industry experience is desirable.
