Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Lifecycle FlowsBuild, execute and optimize automated email and SMS campaigns (welcome, cart-abandon, post-purchase, re-engagement, win-back).A/B test subject lines, send times, creative and copy to maximize engagement and revenue.Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, LTV) and iterate based on results.E-Commerce OptimizationContinuously audit site performance and user journeys to improve conversion rates (A/B and multivariate testing).Partner with design and engineering to implement UX/UI improvements, site speed enhancements and checkout optimizations.Monitor key metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate) and establish a cadence of weekly/monthly performance reviews.SEO Strategy & ExecutionConduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits and backlink outreach.Coordinate with content and web teams to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.Track and report SEO KPIs (rankings, organic sessions, organic revenue) and refine strategy.Paid Social & Google AdsPlan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads.Set commercial performance benchmarks (ROAS, CPA, CAC) in collaboration with the Brand team.Monitor campaign performance in real time, optimize bids, budgets, audiences and creative to scale efficiently.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with Brand, Creative, Analytics and Supply Chain teams to align on goals, messaging and budgets.Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and roadmaps.Own the marketing tech stack (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, SEMrush) and identify new tools to drive growth. What You’ll Bring2–5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment.Proven track record running email flows & campaigns that drive at least a 20% lift in revenue.Deep expertise in Shopify (or similar), Klaviyo (or similar ESP), Google Analytics and Google Ads.Strong analytical mindset—comfortable pulling data, running tests and iterating rapidly.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.Self-starter with a bias for action, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Nice-to-HavesExperience with additional channels like affiliate, influencer or DSP advertising.Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and CRO platforms (Optimizely, VWO).Background in health & wellness, food & beverage or sustainable brands.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for quick email or landing-page tweaks.
