Title: Performance Tester - LoadRunner
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary: $100,000 package

Are you an experienced Performance Tester with expertise in LoadRunner, Big Data, Payments, and Cloud (Azure & AWS SaaS/PaaS)? Join our team and play a key role in optimising high-performance systems while collaborating with architects, developers, and third-party vendors.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement performance tuning solutions for cloud and in-house applications
• Develop non-functional requirements for new and existing platforms
• Lead capacity planning, chaos engineering, and SRE initiatives
• Build custom performance testing tools using Java
• Conduct performance testing and optimisation for Big Data, Payments, and multi-cloud applications
• Work with Azure PaaS (Synapse Analytics, Spark, Cosmos DB, Data Lake) and Cloudera Big Data technologies
• Optimise ETL processes and data pipelines
• Analyse performance results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with DevOps, data engineering, and development teams
• Manage batch processes using Control-M scheduler

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 8-12 years in IT with a focus on performance testing
• Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner, performance tuning, and testing tools
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, Microservices, Teradata, and Oracle
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), Big Data, and Payments systems
• Proven ability to mentor teams and stay ahead of industry trends
