About the role

In the role of a Personal Assistant, you will join the Treasury Team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Online travel bookings, as required;
  • Management of Onboarding / offboarding process for relevant Treasury staff, creating roles in SAP, SAP movements, ordering provisioning (laptops, log-ins, security passes, name badges etc);
  • Raising any property maintenance and technology requests;
  • Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and / or department data, ensuring security of confidential information;
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person;
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior in all actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures;
  • Coordination of logistics and materials for Debt Investor Roadshows
  • Management of Team Reward Program
  • Maintenance of Distribution Lists
  • Assist with event management and catering
  • Ordering and maintenance of stock levels of office supplies
  • Management of Telstra/Foxtel Accounts
