About the role
The Talent, Capability and Inclusion function is critical to delivering AGL's strategic goals of developing an inclusive, thriving culture with the capabilities required now and into the future. This will be achieved through targeted acquisition and retention of talent to enable business continuity, supporting key growth business areas and meeting succession needs, building leadership capability at all levels of the organization, and supporting our people to grow, develop and achieve career development goals.
The key purpose of the Personal Assistant role is to support the GM with coordination, administration and logistics required to deliver objectives.
Some of the things you'll do are:
Email and diary management for the GM Talent Capability & Inclusion, including prioritising meetings and commitments appropriately for time management, and to effectively address key strategic and operational issues, coordination of all meetings/conferences and preparation of agendas, documents and presentation material.
Deal promptly and comprehensively with all inquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary, referring them as appropriate and personally dealing with them where this is possible.
Reviewing and coordinating payment of accounts - ensuring that these are within policy - in particular Talent Acquisition function accounts such as Purchase Order management of external agency invoices.
Operational management of TCI finances and Remuneration team invoices
Managing relevant charge-backs from P&C to business units
We're looking for people who have:
Proven Team Administration support including complex diary management
Strong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams
Exceptional communication skills
Sound judgment and decision-making ability. Shows initiative and proactively problem solves
Relationship management skills and ability to build rapport with a wide variety of AGL leaders and employees
Event management skills would be preferred but not mandatory
