Join us as a Personal Banking Advisor at our Westfield Doncaster branch!As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!

The hours

This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday.

What will I need to succeed?

  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets
  • Numerical Capability: proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
  • Personality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people!
  • Resilience: the ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations
  • Adaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
