As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Corinda.

Our care workers at SVC Corinda are called Living Support Partners and will be required to assist with medication upon completing a medication competency course on-site.

Please note this is a Maximum term contract for 6 months with a possible extension. Shifts are as below.
Week 1: Monday Tuesday Wednesday- 6:30am to 2.30pm and a Saturday shift - 2.30pm to 8.30pm
Week 2: Monday and Tuesday- 6:30am to 2.30pm and a Thursday shift - 6:30am to 1.30pm
Things that work for us:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regardedExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent recordsUnderstanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care planNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
