Rockpool RAC is a fully accredited, privately owned aged care organisation offering residential, respite, memory support, and palliative care services in Queensland.

Our mission is to provide care and services that create an environment for residents, families, and our team that is safe, secure, inclusive, contemplative, reflective, and vibrant with life. Rockpool Pelican Waters is a 150-bed facility with an environment that allows our residents to live better, surrounded by people who care.

About the role:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and caring individuals to join our team on a casual basis. Various shifts are available, including AM, PM, and night shifts.

About you:

• Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent) is required
• A passion for delivering exceptional care
• Be reliable and self-motivated
• The ability to work in a culturally sensitive manner
• Knowledge of and commitment to the Aged Care Standards, quality improvement, workplace health and safety and infection control principles and requirements.
