YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to & being mentored 1:1 by a top calibre Personal Injury Law Partner with a flourishing diverse practice, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of all types of a wide range of personal injury claims including: 

• Workers compensation,  TAC (motor vehicle accidents), public liability, TPD, medical negligence & abuse.

You will have  carriage of your own files + direct client relationships with back-up top mentorship and support.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you: 

• Are an admitted lawyer in Victoria ;

• have MINIMUM 2 years (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience including preferably in at least 1 or more of: 1) workers compensation; 2) TAC (motor accidents); 3) public liability.

• have a strong technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law+ legal drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills;

• are ambitious, dead-line driven, client-centric & proactive;

• have proven ability to manage your own files day to day and work in a fast-paced busy work environment;

• are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class national plaintiff firm.
