About the Role:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. You’ll provide excellent patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team. Your leadership will ensure high standards in clinical services, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations

• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of medications

• Provide patient-centered clinical services (e.g. vaccinations, Webster-Pak)

• Lead, coach, and support pharmacy staff and technicians

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records

• Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and the local community

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

·       Performing activities and claims through PPA and myPharmaprograms.

Qualifications:

• Current AHPRA Pharmacist registration

• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmacy experience; retail/community experience preferred

• Previous leadership or management experience is an asset

• Strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Passion for patient care and community health

• Comfortable using pharmacy software and technology; Fred Dispense experience preferred

• Ability to speak Korean will be advantageous, though not necessary
